ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE
The Annual Royal Gardens Homeowners Association Meeting will be held
Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 7:00 PM
We will meet as a virtual community via Zoom
Please join your neighbors for the meeting. The Zoom meeting invitation will be sent by email the week prior.

Annual Assessment: $125
June 1st, 2025 through May 31st, 2026
Dues paid by June 1st receive a $25 discount ($125 → $100)
We are now accepting payments online through Quickbooks. Please check your email for the invoice. Paying using a check by mail is still accepted using the P.O. Box below.
Your dues pay for:
Front entrance lights, water, lawn care, fence upkeep and repair, along with various State and City Fees, & other miscellaneous expenses.
Dues notices will be mailed out following the Annual Meeting.
