2026 ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE


The Annual Royal Gardens Homeowners Association Meeting will be held on
Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 7:00 PM

We will meet as a virtual community via Zoom

Please join your neighbors for the meeting. We will be electing officers as needed, setting the annual dues, getting up to date on community happenings and hearing your suggestions for the neighborhood.

2026 Annual Dues Assessment Update

Annual Dues Cost for June 1st, 2026 through May 31st, 2027
will be discussed at this meeting.
Last year’s dues paid by June 1st received a $25 discount ($125 → $100)

Your dues pay for:
Front entrance lights, water, lawn care, fence upkeep and repair, along with various State and City Fees, & other miscellaneous expenses.

Dues notices will be mailed out following the Annual Meeting.


We are now accepting payments online through Quickbooks. Please check your email for the invoice. Paying using a check by mail is still accepted using the P.O. Box below.
